Mr. Rafeeq, founder of Rainbow Group and Tekton Design Associates, holds a Master’s degree in Urban Development & Design and a degree in Civil Technology from IIT Madras. As the former Minister of Housing (2005–2008), he played a key role in developing national building codes and leading major urban projects in the Maldives.

Ms. Hawwa, a Board Member of Rainbow Group, holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management. She specializes in marketing, negotiations, and team development.

Mr. Mazin, a Commerce graduate from the University of Canterbury, brings over 14 years of experience in construction and real estate. He oversees Rainbow Group’s trading, construction, and fabrication operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all divisions.

Mr. Mohamed brings over 33 years of experience, including 29 years in the Maldives and 19 years with Rainbow Group. He has successfully led nearly 100 resort and high-rise projects across India and the Maldives. A Civil Engineer with an MBA in Strategic Management, he currently oversees a team of 500 staff and drives the company’s overall strategic direction and growth.

Mr. Ramesh, with 34 years of experience in resort and high-rise construction, including 19 years in the Maldives and 16 years with Rainbow Group, has successfully managed 72 projects across India and the Maldives. An Engineering graduate from Chennai, he serves as the Assistant General Manager, leading project teams and overseeing business development, contracting, and project control.

Mr. Prabhu is passionate about building systems and project success, bringing over 10 years of experience in MEP works across large-scale residential, commercial, and resort developments. He is well-versed in design, execution, and contract management, and is known for his practical problem-solving skills and strong coordination with site teams and consultants.

Mr. Naveen Raj, a Senior BIM Engineer with over 7 years of experience in India and abroad, specializes in managing MEP, architectural, and structural drawings with precision and efficiency.

Mr. Natarajan, a B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineer, is passionate about smart electrical design and power distribution systems, bringing technical precision and innovative thinking to every project.

Mr. Ananth, a Design Engineer with over 10 years of experience, specializes in parametric façade design, execution, interior design, and technical project support.

Mr. Vairavan, a B.E. Mechanical Engineer, is passionate about leveraging BIM technology to deliver safer, smarter, and more efficient projects, integrating innovation with practical design solutions.

Mr. Prakash, a Civil Engineer, has expertise in site execution, tender preparation, and quantity estimation for residential and commercial projects. He plays a key role in project planning and efficient delivery, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness throughout the process.

Mrs. R.K. Vijayalakshmi holds a B.Com in Corporate Secretaryship and contributes to the company’s administrative and accounting functions. She assists in HR payroll coordination, manages financial records, and ensures smooth day-to-day office operations. Her strengths lie in data accuracy, process efficiency, and dependable support across teams.
